Upload .fit files from Garmin or other devices. We parse distance, time, pace, and heart rate data from the file.

Strava activities are automatically matched to planned workouts by date and type. This keeps your plan up to date without manual effort.

If auto-match misses, you can manually associate an activity with a planned workout from the activity detail or calendar view.

• Import failed: The file may be corrupted — try re-exporting from your device
