Reading the Calendar

The calendar shows planned workouts and completed activities side by side:

  • Green = completed
  • Gray = planned (not yet done)

Completing Workouts

Activities from Strava are automatically matched to your planned workouts. You can also manually mark workouts as complete.

Skipping Workouts

Mark as skipped if you can't complete a planned workout. This updates your adherence stats and helps the system adapt your plan.
